About Chinese Calligraphy

Print

No matter children or adults, they all need a peace and quiet space or a way to relax after a day's hard study or work, especially in the society full of pressure today. Yet writing Chinese calligraphy is such kind of a nice way that improves our health and cultivates our mind and spirit naturally. Since the art of calligraphy is a treasure of Chinese culture that it is considered as one of the four refined hobbies “Ch’in, Go Chess, Calligraphy, and Painting” by Chinese ancient literatis and also one of the four quintessences of Chinese culture "Martial arts, Chinese Medicine, Peking Opera, Chinese Calligraphy" which it incarnates invisible spirit, mien, vital and the sense of beauty  with its visible stroke, structure and art of composition.

The meaning is "review can help you acquire new knowledge".

Let’s recall our fickle minds from the dazzling material world and find the long-lost happiness of absorption and serenity through calligraphy practice.

I wasnt tnkniihg of human rights in particular so much as the Western notion that there are universal norms of behavior that countries are morally obligated to follow, and that the violation of these norms is justification for interference by others. The Chinese governments stance, as Ive heard it articulated, is that its up to each country to decide how they wish to manage internal affairs. Each situation is different, no universals apply.
